If there's an after-hours emergency, call us at 480.536.8900 and our answering service will get a manager over immediately. If the emergency is life-threatening, please be sure to call 911 first.

Need WiFi? We got you. Connect to the Rise Uptown network and follow the prompts. If you connect using your email, don't forget to check your inbox to confirm your address. Otherwise, you might get the boot!

Lyla Swim Club is open daily, serving refreshing cocktails and Sonoran eats. Want to hang poolside? We'll reach out to you for confirmation on seating and have a lounger (or two) reserved for you the day after arrival (and any following days you'll be staying with us). Please keep in mind that no outside food or beverage is permitted. Don't worry about towels or water; we've got you covered.

Time for a cocktail? Our mid-century rooftop bar, Don Woods' Say When, opens at 4pm, Thursdays to Mondays. Enjoy stunning views of the Phoenix skyline while you sip on one of our super-charged highballs or delectable spritzes. Walk-ins are welcome, and reservations are required for 9 or more. 21+ only.

Our vintage record collection, curated by the locally owned Stinkweeds, is stocked and ready. Stop by the Pop Stand to purchase some new tunes, or exchange your room's records for something from our vintage collection.

To play music from the Marshall speaker, just follow these simple steps:

1. Turn the speaker on by pulling the power knob down for 2 seconds.
2. Make sure the source is set to Bluetooth.
3. Hold the source button until you hear a little chime.
4. Selection ACTION 2 on the Bluetooth options in your phone.
5. Pop on some tunes and get the party started!

We do too! If you'd like to leave your room attendant a little something, just shoot us a text (rather than leaving cash) and we'll add it to your room bill.

Smoking isn't allowed in your room — so yeah, don't do it or we'll have to charge you $850. Really, not cool. If you're looking for a quick spot for a smoke, text us — we'll direct you to one of our designated smoking areas on property.

Your furry friends are welcome to stay with you! We ask that you clean up after them, and make sure they respect your room, your neighbors, and the property. If they misbehave (or if you do), please be aware that you may see an extra charge on your bill.

Check-out is at 11am; just leave your key in the room and text us at 602.607.1243 to let us know you've hit the road.
