Do you have any restaurants or bars on site?
Sure do! Lylo Swim Club is our poolside bar and restaurant, featuring an all-day menu of Hawaiian-Japanese inspired bites and refreshing cocktails. Treat yourself to a complimentary popsicle at Pop Stand when you check-in to the hotel, or visit local favorite Cartel Coffee Lab for your caffeine fix. Don Woods’ Say When is our rooftop cocktail lounge, serving up classics with a twist and exquisite highballs.
What are the pool rules?
- no outside food or beverage
- no water bottles of any sort — we’ve got you covered!
- minors must be accompanied by an adult
- ID and bag checks will be done upon entry
- wristbands are not sold at the door on weekends
- maximum of two wristbands per guestroom, no exceptions

What hours is the front desk open?
Front desk hours are between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m., but we have someone available around the clock. Text us at 602.607.1243 if you are checking-in late or need help with anything during late‑night hours.
Anything else I need to know about check-in?
You must be 21 (or over!) to book a room with us.
Do you allow dogs?
We do! Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but cannot be left alone in the room. There is no pet fee, but any damage or mess left behind will be billed accordingly.

Where do I park?
Overnight self-parking is available in our lot for $15/day. Grab your parking pass at the front desk.
What if I’m just coming by for a drink?
We love our neighbors! If you’re coming by for a cocktail, meal, or swim reservation, parking is on us.
What’s the best and cheapest way to book a room?

What is the deposit/cancelation policy?
A deposit of one night’s room and tax is taken at time of booking. If you need to cancel, you must do so before 3 p.m. Arizona time, two days prior to your arrival date. The deposit will not be refunded for any cancelations made after this time. Groups/room blocks must follow the contracted cancelation policy.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify your reservation by clicking on the “modify/cancel reservation” link at the bottom of our booking page.
Do the rooms have fridges?
Yes, all rooms have a mini-fridge. Each is stocked with chilled water upon arrival. Stay hydrated!
When is housekeeping offered?
We like to keep things squeaky clean around here! Our management team personally inspects every room after our amazing housekeeping staff cleans to perfection. Mid-stay cleaning service is not available on a daily basis, but please text the front desk if you are ever in need of a quick touch-up or fresh linens.
Do you have rollaway beds or cribs?
We do not.
Can I smoke or vape in my room?
No. And we’ll charge you $250 if you do. Them’s the rules.
