Lylo Swim Club is a poolside bar and restaurant led by acclaimed and celebrated cocktailian Ross Simon, proprietor of Bitter & Twisted Cocktail Parlour and Little Rituals. Lylo [lie-low], U.K. slang for “pool float,” tempts locals and hotel guests alike by offering deliciously refreshing and balanced cocktails and an all-day menu of light, Hawaiian-Japanese influenced bites. Plus, DJs enhance the poolside vibe every weekend during the warmer months. Open daily in Uptown Phoenix’s only boutique hotel.

A tasty and refreshing concoction combining Novo Fogo Organic cachaça, Banks Five Island rum, Ramazzotti Rosato, fresh pineapple and lime juice, balanced with grapefruit-cinnamon syrup. Served tall over rocks.

Del Maguey Vida mezcal mixed with fresh mango, passion fruit and lemon. Dashed with orange bitters and topped with Jarritos grapefruit soda. Served tall and delicious with a spiced mango spear.
Our pool-inspired take on the classic bellini. House-made seasonal sorbet drenched with fruit liqueur and prosecco. Simple, delicious, and Instagram-able. ;)

El Dorado 5-year and Dark Hamilton demerara rums run wild over this pineapple-flavored, soft-serve classic inspired by the theme parks of yesteryear. This one’s not for the kiddos.
Made famous in London by Doug Ankrah, this martini is created by combining house-infused vanilla Sobieski vodka with fresh passion fruit and Passoã passion fruit liqueur. Shaken and served up with a sidekick of bubbles.
Strawberry-infused Campari and our own sweet vermouth blend married with a generous measure of prosecco. Bitter and dry, with a hint of sweetness; makes a wonderful sipper.
Flor de Caña 4-year rum is combined with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and our three-berry liqueur, balanced with fresh lime juice, and blended 'til smooth and icy cold. Served frosty.
This signature cocktail from Coupette in London is a must. We blend Flor de Caña 4-year rum with pineapple cordial and house coconut sorbet. This mix is poured over prosecco and served with toasted coconut flakes.
Passion fruit combined with Sobieski vodka and Giffard vanilla liqueur, mixed with fresh passion fruit puree and half & half. Served tall and towering over crushed ice. Great for any day by the pool in Arizona.
Hendrick’s gin mixed with subtle tones of cucumber and fresh lime, served over cubed ice and club soda. Creates a wonderful, crushable cocktail.
Pueblo Viejo Tequila 100% agave tequila is shaken with savory lemon basil cordial. Topped with Big Marble local organic ginger beer and served over cubed ice.
